Beverly Hills Mayor Bosse Endorses Allen

Santa Monica, CA -- Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board Member Ben Allen was endorsed today in his campaign for the 26th State Senate District by Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse.

“Ben Allen is a dedicated public servant who will be a leader in Sacramento on critical issues such as education, protecting the environment, and ensuring we have clean and transparent government,” said Bosse. “Based on his record of serving his community on the School Board, I feel confident that, as a State Senator, Allen will always be responsive to the needs and concerns of Beverly Hills residents.”

"Lili Bosse is a dedicated public servant who has devoted herself to the residents of Beverly Hills,” said Ben Allen. “It is a great privilege to have her endorsement. She’s committed to her community and is an excellent constituency mayor and education advocate.”

Lili Bosse was first elected to the Beverly Hills City Council in 2011, winning every single precinct and receiving the highest number of votes of any candidate. She was sworn in as Mayor of Beverly Hills this year. She has become notable for her use of social media and her weekly “Walk with the Mayor” events, which have proven extremely popular. She previously served as a City Commissioner on the Beverly Hills Traffic, Fine Arts, and Planning Commissions and is the former president of the Beverly Hills Education Foundation.
